By using our Services, you agree to:

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for accessing our Services within the last 12 months.

- Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

12. Termination

- Conduct that disrupts or harms Verchool, its users, or its infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
